If your dog is registered with the AKC, report her to them!!
As long as you have proof that you paid for the dog and she still hasn't gotten you the papers, I'm sure the AKC will help. They have "ways" of doing things. I hope you didn't pay cash, and if you did, I hope you have a receipt. AND a health guarentee. Anything that has a papertrail will help you get papers. If you didn't get a guarentee, I don't think they can help you out with that. Just keep bugging the breeder and keep copies of any and all correspondence you have with her. Good Luck with that. I hope you can get the vet work done at a reasonable price too. It really sucks when the breeders are just in it for the $$ and don't really care about the health of the pups, no matter how old they are!!
