Could be allergies or the wind. But it is often clogged naso-lacrimal ducts. They are the little holes in the inside corner of the eye that drains the tears from our eyes into our noses when we cry. Ask your vet to flush them when you have your baby altered or dentals done..Might help if they are clogged. If they just are malformed, they will not improve. |
