Hi, actully a friends show dog did do the same thing you descibe and a few big time show breeders had told her that a lot of times after they go under anesthia for a procedure, they drop and stay down.....not that you should put the dog under for that reason : she had to have him put under for another procedure and when he came home they were down and they stayed, they didn't go back up like they were doing. All I know is two big time breeders had told her that and it did happen with her boy. If you were intersted in showing him I would wait on the neuter, if your breeder agrees and see if they will come and stay on their own or maybe after you have a dental done check him. If your not worrieb about showing him, I wouldn't worry about it. I just wanted to let you know your not crazy....lol |
