I had the same problem- when I took Sasha to my daughters I wanted to make sure we had no accidents. Tried to buy doll panties- but could not find any. Anyway, I had an old cabbage patch doll- took off her panties- opened the seam a little for her tail - and then inserted a regular pantiliner(just ladies with the sticky strip). Works great and they look too cute- kind of like little bloomers! I always thought the diapers made for dogs- looked kind of ichy- made you think they were in heat. So anyway- they worked for us- maybe it will work for you.
