Stomper does the same thing when we go to someone else's house. He is 100% potty trained at home and uses a doggy door. He is also neutered. When I take him to my sister's house, he ALWAYS pees in her house! I take him outside all the time and he still lifts and pees. I'm not sure what to do besides putting on a belly band or something.
