My twelve week old yorkie has gone from 1 lb. at 9 weeks to 1 lb. 12 oz at 12 weeks. Do you think that's too much in a few weeks? On one hand I'd think not but her weight gain had been steadily growing at a slower rate until that point. I just wonder if it's common for them to grow faster during this time period. Obviously I know she should be gaining weight :-)
