I'm sorry you had to go through that. People can be ignorant. I would still call the police department or have your parents call and report the vehicle. Even though you don't have the license plate number you can still describe the vehicle and the guys inside. I assume they were high school age, but I could be wrong there are some adults that act like idiots too.
