Hello all!! A few weeks ago I ran across a web site that made the cutest birthday party hats for puppies. You could choose the patern of the hat and the maribu trim on the bottom. Miss Emma's 1st birthday is coming soon and now when I want to order the hats for her guests, I can't find the web site anywhere
. I am soooo bummed because all of the other hats I have found are just made out of paper and seem kind of cheapy now that I seen the other ones.
Anybody know what site that is? Thank you so much! I really hope somebody knows what it is.
