When I take my two I bath them before we go so all that the groomer does is trim them up. I walk around in the store with one while the other is getting groomed. It works out great for me that way they don't have to stay in the kennel. Rudy hates to be kenneled up. I don't know why he never has been in one, I think it is just his personality ha! I always make sure the same groomer is there and they seem to remember her............Cindy
