My yorkie Ruby was always a very quiet dog and now at 1 year old, she has become quite vocal. I don't know why it started all of a sudden. My other Yorkie Bella is still very quiet and almost 8 months. Bella get's crated when i'm gone out and I thought she never barked or anything because she never barks when i'm home but one day i was at my front door and I could hear Bella barking from outside of my house and she was on the 3rd floor. So you never know how they act when your not home.
I think as long as your pup has toys when your gone and things to do you don't have to worry about barking and whining. I guess if you really want to know, just ask your roomates. |
