Many times people jump on one side of the fence just to drive the arguments and gain attention and this is probably one of those times.

I come from a very large Air Force family (both grandfathers, father, mother, step-mother, step-brother, and brother) and therefore have the utmost respect for all servicemen and women as well as their families. My brother is currently in Iraq and it is not an easy thing to deal with.....hearing stuff like this only makes it harder. Do not let these idiots upset you though. You know in your heart that their statements have no truth in them and you are dealing with enough already. Use your energy to stay strong for you, your husband, and your family and start planning the biggest welcome home party the nation has ever seen as one day all of our troops will be coming home!
Well said Jennifer!! I know more than just a few women who's husbands are fighting in the war right now or did fight at one time. I admire and am in awe of them and their families for this huge sacrifice they are making! Jennifer is right, don't let these losers get you down! They obviously aren't worthy of taking up any space in your thoughts. Hang in there! I pray for your husband and all of our service men and women and hope for their safe and speedy return!
