Courtney - this topic has come up before (search bar - shock collars) and I really would like to know if someone knows if this is a safe and humane treatment. I think it is a fair question. Gosh, I realize that it has been a little rocky the last few days but I think using a shock collars is a little different then, what car seat should I buy. I really am not trying to start problems but if someone really knows the answer than I would like to hear it.
