Before we got that turntable above...told a friend I was going to chuck all my albums...she said Oh, no save them for Casey!! Looked at her and said "oh, yea, she'll love 'em...no way to play them but they make great frisbees"
Another time I was taking the albums out of our entertainment center....cause we got a new one....friend's son asked what they were. They're albums, we used to listen to these....looked at me with a surprised expression and said..."wow, your walkmen must've been huge back then"
Wishing I still had the 8 track player....bet those puppies bring good money on eBay. I know someone out there would pay big bucks for my player and those Three Dog Night 8 track tapes
