When I was working, I commuted to my NYC job, 4AM temps could be -4 to -7. Over the past 10 years winters have gotten milder. This winter is the mildest in the 21 years living in Pa. December & January temps of 57, 53. Nighttime temps does drop to 29 but who cares we're all comfy in bed sleeping lol. I'll have to google what the average temps for my area is, may be hard, as I said, winters have gotten much milder.
