I'd say it depends on how many hours the younger lady is working per week. A 40 hour work week may be okay, but if she's a young professional and working 60-80 hours a week, that may be tough on a Yorkie to be alone that much every week. I'm sure both are good choices, and you'll find her the best home you can.
