LOL, too cute. I had 5 female yorkies over a period of 30 years, all raised by me from 8 week old babies. My last girl went to rainbow bridge in 2013. 6 weeks later my vet gifted to me a 2 1/2 boy that was a surrender for financial reasons.

With my girls I never had issues with shirts, sweaters or coats. This guy is a whole new ball game, he hates anything on him, he doesn't bite or chew at anything I put on him, it's just a battle to get it on him lol. He prefers to be nakkie.

I would start training Lollipop basic commands, sit, stay, down, no as a starter. One command at a time start with sit, train no more than 5 to 7 minutes throughout the day, reward her with special treats when she does what to ask also praise her like crazy. When she has learned one command start a 2nd command. If she is food motivated she will learn fast.

Once she's trained to sit and stay, putting clothes on her will be easier. Until she's trained and knows those words and what she is supposed to do you'll have to endure the struggle.

You can spray Bitter Apple on the areas she bites at, that "may" help stop the chewing. Bittter Apple didn't work with one of my girls, she liked the taste lol, she was a chewer of furniture, but it's worth a try.

Hopefully others will chime in with suggestions.
