"If" your question is should a groomer express dogs anal glands. Anal glands IMO should only be expressed if a dog "needs it".
I had a poodle that had build up and anal glands had to be expressed frequently which I had my vet do it. Since owning that poodle I have had 6 yorkies, not one ever needed anal glands expressed and if they would have, I would only have my vet do it.



So if you're question is "groomer vs vet to express anal glands" answer is VET only.
