Default Blind and Deaf Deuce

This has just happened this weekend. Deuce's right eye implant has now failed. I suspected low night vision for a while and the vet confirmed that. He is now totally blind since he has a cataract in his left eye. We went with a cataract surgery 4 years ago and it gave him vision for a while. He is also deaf so this will be a challenge. Right now he's having a tough time but I'm hopeful he will adjust. He will be 14 next month. No more surgeries for his 5 lb body. I am probably having a harder time than he is right now. The one thing that does infuriate me is that I have not been able to get a vet visit in a timely manner. His ophthalmologist visit is in two weeks and his vet visit is in three weeks but I'm on a cancellation list.
