My baby girl has prescription food from the vet due to gastrointestinal issues, around $35-$40/bag. I'm not sure of quality store-bought brands. Maybe your vet could make recommendations as they would have an idea of what your pup would tolerate the best/what would be best for them.
I get freeze-dried chicken either from the vet or chewy.com and sprinkle it in her food, and that makes her have more interest in it when she's not wanting to eat. Sometimes sprinkling a few plain cheerios can pique her interest, too. Sometimes adding water to her dry food makes her think she's getting something special, as well, and helps with her water intake.
