my yorkie was a fussy eater id have to make train and plain sounds to get her to eat god knows what the people next door use to think as i dont have kids lol.she would also be sick often and i could hear her tummy making grumbleing sounds,if i could get her to eat she would be fine.i took her to the vet and it turned out she had a tummy ulcer,the vet gave me some liquid to give her that lines the tummy wall to stop her feeling sick which worked.she did get it now again after that so i would just give her some of it again and she would be ok again for a while.id take the dog to the vets and get her checked out as she might have the samething.
