Two of my now passed girls had floppy ears. I never had them shaved, had groomer just trim the hair to the shape of their ears.
At 2 years old they will never stand up. Ears should have been shaved when she was a puppy 4, 6 weeks old that would have kept weight off the ears to help them stand up.
