Limiting where he can go at night like in a crate or play pen might work. I wouldn’t use diapers for many reasons if he pees early in the night you are not going to see until the morning and he could end up with urine scald and rashes. I noticed when my now passed girl got older she was up more at night so if he isn’t sleeping well at night and is up that might be why he is peeing. Does he seem confused about anything or any other changes in behavior?
