All the hours I put in are finally paying dividends. I just got a 4 month stretch on 3rd shift to help them improve efficiency. My 20 year annoversary was last October so I get 7 weeks vaction this year. Between that and the fact that I should be able to get my hours down to 40 a week I am looking forward to this year.
