Parvo can come in on shoes and things you don’t think of. A small puppy with parvo really should be hospitalized. I really doubt the test was wrong but you can always have them retest. Parvo can affect different dogs differently. Also don’t give a puppy honey, puppies and baby’s can’t fight off if there are botulism spores so karo syrup or a paste the pet store sells is much better. Wetting down the dry food might help or hand feeding but if they are sick they aren’t going to want to eat.
