if she tested positive for Parvo - she has Parvo - Parvo can be mild, and puppies can get Parvo even when they get vaccinated as the first vaccination is often not effective ( hence the need to vaccinate multiple times ) because the antibodies from their moms counteract the vaccine ... it is also possible that the vaccine given wasn't kept at the right temperature, was damaged in transport or ... that the breeder is less than truthful. Puppies are a big business ... I would not put much stock in whatever a breeder tells me to be honest. Keep on doing what you are doing, listen to the vet. Try broth instead of plain water, watch the blood sugar carefully and feed babyfood or anything she'll eat often ... keep her warm and comfy. Puppies can recover from Parvo

and no the Parvo test can come back very weak positive right after vaccination BUT in that case all vets I know re-run the test ... a positive Parvo test should be taken seriously ... and the 18th is not anywhere close enough to warrant a vaccine reaction or a false positive result !! The breeder should know that - she is simply in denial
