My guess is he is mad at you. A dog I had years ago would do that. At midnight I would come home for work and she just peed on the middle of my bed. I had to go to my moms to wash it right then, I didn't have any other sheets and stuff. I ended up making her an outside dog. She loved it outside and she was a big girl as well.
