I asked her if she had pictures she could send me, or if she offered guarentees, health certif., BAT testing on her dam and sire... just some typical questions.
She, again, sent me a 2 sentance response telling me that I would need to call her to get those answers! I personally would not buy any puppy from anyone who is that rude. Her emails were short, full of mis-spellings, and broken english. I just didnt get a good vibe from her. Again - this was just my personal opinion of her and maybe she was just having an off day. I have spoken to 3 or 4 breeders in the past few weeks, and all of them have been exceptionally nice and forth coming with information. I can refer you to one that I am currently looking at in Reading, PA if you are interested. |
I have one small dog and two very large Yorkies from Rita, very sweet!, I waited three years for her to have a litter that I could purchase the other two. She sent the photos of the Sire and Dam, but the Sire was much much bigger in person than in pictures. Normally I expected only quality from her. Her dogs have good temperaments. After I purchased and transactions complete, she brings in the Male, he was HUGE. I was hoping the gene pool picked the mothers side. It did not, I have the small Yorkie 4 years old at 6 pounds and the 2 Yorkies pushing 14 pounds. They look like westie is in the line. AKC only can go back 3 years so I have to call. These little guys were not cheap. Still all good dogs but the two are two heavy for me to lift. I feel she should have known mating a very large dog will produce a very large Yorkie!
