I see that so far her neuro tests are showing nothing. Have they considered doing bile acid testing? Sometimes a liver shunt will behave just like this and the liver enzymes and other blood levels still could be normal. It's a simple, inexpensive test.

Here it is! If she does not have a diagnosed neuro condition, I suggest you speak with the vet about bile acid testing. I cannot tell you how many yorkies and maltese I have seen over the years that presented neuro with no elevations in liver values but ended up having liver shunts!
