My little Yorkie also had ACL surgery, but seems to be doing ok with her leg. She is just 12
Unfortunately I had to use the CBD oil 5 days ago to help her breath. She Went into respiratory distress and only had the CBD oil on hand that help for about an hour or two. I brought her to the vet and did X-rays and labs. Her abdomen was distended and found to have a large mass. She has had pancreatitis in the past a few times. She hide her illness well. She ate, drank, took little walks, pooped and was able to pea.
The probable cancer hit fast. I could of put her thru exploratory surgery, but choose not to and did not know she may have already dealing with silent discomfort. I choose at that time to have her go to sleep. Heartbreaking decision. She was my best friend. Loved her.
