Yep - wait until she gets over the worst of it before you give her a bath. It took ours about 3 months to get rid of the cough. Of course, we couldn't wait that long to give them a bath, so if you do want to bathe her, just try and keep water away from her nose so she doesn't inhale any, and keep her nice and warm and she should be fine.
