When he starts biting things he shouldn't, tell him in a firm voice "no biting" and quickly give him a chew toy. He is teething, he needs a good teething chew toy, always swap out a teething toy with what he's not supposed to chew on. It depends on the dog when they calm down, biting is something you have to train out of them if they are still biting after they get their adult teeth.
