It's of no use me recommending breeders as I live in England but I would suggest that you do what I always advise people to do here. Contact the secretaries of any Yorkshire Terrier breed clubs you have over there. Ask them if they could give you the contact details of any members, especially ones who are exhibitors. They may even know of ones who are expecting a litter. Even if not, ring some of their recommendations. & explain your situation. Then you will often get passed along via the grapevine to others who may be planning or already expecting a litter, though if it's the same there you will almost certainly have to go on a waiting list of one or more people. All the reputable breeders I know never advertise, I know I never needed to.
Must say I'm surprised at the health problems that seem to be occurring there. Here there are no genetic health problems listed on The Kennel Club for Yorkies that require breeders to test for. They are a very healthy breed here. I've owned, shown & bred for over forty years with no occurance of serious health issues, mine all living healthily well into their teens. One until two weeks before her twentieth birthday.
