The teeth that need to come out not only are probably hurting her but leaving them could cause infections and issues with her kidneys and heart. Leaving them will just make the problem worse. They are fine and adjust and feel better even if they have no teeth. I have a 6 year old who lost 5 and a 5 year old who lost 11 and both chew and eat fine and I could tell they felt sooo much better after they healed.
