We actually do not have a veterinarian cardiologist in town, but I posted this on my previos post on yorkietalk like an year ago, that I went to 2 vet clinics and both diagnosed an enlarged heart. The vet we went to yesterday also said it could be the heart responded well to the meds, so he is not cancelling them all at one but keeping the same meds + adding antibiotics for infection. After 10 days we will have a follow up appointment to see if anything changes with the heart once the infection has been resolved. Only then he will be trying to take the meds off if they are not needed
