Put throw pillows on the sofa to prevent him from getting on the sofa, if your sofa has seat cushions, lift them up, lean them against the back of your sofa at an angle, even if you have to use your bed pillows, block the sofa. Those small stools, put them away for now, the ottoman, turn it on its side so Flint can't jump up on it.
Your home may be a little disorganized for a while but it's better than the puppy spraining or breaking leg bones. Whatever he is jumping onto put things on top of it so he can't on top of them.
I think it's time to train commands, like no, down, stay. Start with one command, buy boneless chicken cutlets, boil it, since he's a picky eater, a tiny piece of chicken can be used as a reward treat when he gets his command right, happy voice praise, make a big happy fuss when he gets his command right. Work only 5 to 7 minutes throughout the day when training. Terriers have short concentration span, more than 7 minutes they are no longer focused on you. Yorkie puppies have a lot of energy that needs to be burned off, once he is fully vacated long walks will burn off some of that energy.
