Some members have used frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks added to the dogs food and it worked, you can also just give him a few chunks, it doesn't have to be in the food.
However, my guy is a poop eater, I used this method for two weeks, it did not work. He is outdoor trained, he makes, I collect it as soon as it comes otherwise, he would eat it.
Try that, like anything else, what works for some dogs, does not work for all dogs.
I would try it for a week or two because like anything else, somethings do not work over night, it needs time.
