There are SO many different types of upper respiratory issues. She "could" have been irritated by that spray, but honestly I doubt it was that. Has she been around other dogs?

I would just say to keep an extra close eye on her and get her back to the vet if the meds don't relieve the symptoms. Hopefully, she will be on the mend quickly ....
