For all sincere purposes, I would pick the family who also has 1 yorkie. Younger girls do spend alot of time out, not a bad thing, its just their stage in life. Dogs are not just cutsy little trophys, theres alot responsibility, they need alot of time, and a Mom of kids and already has a Yorkie knows what that is. SHe is willing to have another one. I know this could go off on some prejudices, I don't mean to be, just with the two scenarios,that one would be MY choice. Good luck.
