She’s a doll, and her coat looks healthy in the photo.
However, I don’t believe there is any way to change a cotton coat into a silky coat via diet or grooming. It’s a genetic difference, and I would guess that any changes you’re seeing now are the result of maturity not diet. If you’ve found a healthy food she likes, I wouldn’t change it in the hope it might change her genetic coat type.
