Hello all! I have a question...... I am a very small hobby breeder and have very few litters a year. Most of my puppies are sold at birth and the new families watch them grow on regular e-mail updates I send them and then playdates when they are 6 weeks old. I hold them to about 11 weeks and longer if it is a small one.

Anyway, because I get a lot of request, I tend to be more selective in who gets my babies.

I had a litter in Dec and all were sold and only until almost 11 weeks old.... one of the moms could not take her.... so I put the baby back up for sale. Now I don't have much time with the new potential families. There are 2 I am looking at.
One is a wife with children. She currently has a yorkie (a plus) and I've spoken to her and her husband in length and they seem like wonderful people. She is looking into becomng a hobby breeder and ask all the right questions. She LOVES her yorkie and spares no expense at her care. She has a house with lots of room and has the time to care for this baby. It seems like she did a lot of research and will provide a great home.
Another lady..... a great candidate as well. She is younger.... in her early 20's and unmarried. She lives in a studio in NYC and has a great job. Have spoken to her as well in length. She's a great girl looking for a princess to baby and spoil. Downside with her might be she works long hours and when I spoke to her...... it sort of seemed her boyfriend was not crazy about her getting a yorkie.

So where do you think I should place her? I am taking a poll..... I do have a favorite so I am leaning towards one way but your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
