Linus has allergies and the vet has him on Chlorpheniramine Maleate (which is Chlortrimitron by major brand). He takes 1 mg every day. But his allergies are environmental not seasonal.
For the itching you might want to try an oatmeal shampoo to help relieve that or add an Omega-3 supplement like fish oils or Missing Link to their diet to help with the drying skin.
