I actually took Georgie to the vet for this exact problem. The vet told me that it could be he has an empty stomach in the morning, and that's why he is throwing up, so now I keep his favorite dog biscuit by the bed. He did say that since Georgie threw up 3 days in a row he may have gotten into something. He suggested I give him Pepcid-AC (a very very small amount). I would suggest if your baby throws up tomorrow to take her to the vet. Also, my nieces Yorkie does this as well, so don't worry but make sure it's just an empty stomach and not anything else.
