I agree about consulting your vet if there’s anything new that concerns you. One thing you could check, though: does your pup possibly have any long hair down there that could be absorbing and trailing pee? I ask because Jax tends to grow really long hair, and he’s very bad about holding still to be trimmed (besides being rather phobic about scissors) and he tends to drip pee when his hair down there gets overgrown. It’s a trail of drips, though, not a stream of pee.
