Actually I did call back the Vet Office and spoke with a receptionist that clued me in on navigating getting an appt. I've only been going to this office for about a year. They have daily emergency visits built into the schedule. You have to call in the morning to get one. There is an additional fee but so be it. As it turned out I got an emergency appointment for Saturday. Deuce did have earwax buildup and some bacteria in there. They cleaned it out and prescribed some meds. Done!
