I have heard this at other Vets but gotten lucky. My vet also has urgent appointments for every day that you can call as soon as they open and try to get. Although for routine stuff like vaccines and physicals I call several weeks in advance. I have heard ER vets are bad too but got super lucky when Dixie got the scratch on her eye there was only one other person there. Have you told them what the issue is so they can try to see you sooner?
