He really likes the fact that they are soft enough for him to be able to squeak it loudly all by himself. Gus has been playing all day, and sleeping in between with the two that we gave them tucked under his chin. He is currently engaged in his after dinner playtime.
Cody had no toys with his prev. owner, I didn't know this when I adopted him. Not knowing what type of toys he liked I bought one of everything Pet Smart and Pet Supplies had. He played with nothing, not even a ball, he didn't know what anything was. After I had him 3 weeks I was able to contact his prev. owner, well, not the owner but her mother. She gave me the history of Cody. It took me one year of teasing him with various toys until finally one day he played a little bit of tug.

It took a while for him play with various toys and it was anything that squeaked. He will toss and fling his toys all over the place but does not destroy them.
Now my girls lol, the first thing they went for was kill the squeaker, nothing lasted long with those lil gals.
Cody is like a little kid when he gets new toys, but he gentle with them.

His fetish for the last two years are the Zaney balls. They fit perfectly in his mouth as he chomps down on them lol. He just loves that squeaky noise, me, not so much, but it makes my heart smile to see the change in my boy.
