My vet said that the ONLY problem with feeding a dog human food is that he will want it, if you do it all the time, he may get to the point where he is a picky eater...also weight. If he's feed human food, watch his weight-you may be giving him too much food. Other than that, it isn't "bad" for them.

There are a list of foods that Yorkies shouldn't eat. I know amoung that list is chocolate, milk, undercooked meat products, grapes...there are others, but I cannot think of what they are. I have a book that tells you what they are.
