Emmie used to vomit yellow bile, mostly during the night, several times a night from time to time but she doesn't do this much anymore. Izzy B. will also vomit during the night on occasion but neither has ever done this to the point of dehydration. I did have Emmie checked by the vet one time after she had done this and she said her tonsils were enlarged and put her on liquid antibiotics and she really hasn't seemed to vomit much since then.
