OMG what a horrifying experence that was. Thank GOD he stopped for you. Poor lil guy was terrorized.
For all the years I have had dogs, I have always used the one in the Chewy link, never, ever had leash come off. I don't believe these leashes come in a weight, they do come in 4 foot and 6 foot lengths, the leashes I use are 5/8" in width, but I have only had bigger pups, 9 lbs and over. They do sell thinner ones for 5 lbs and under.
