I have used Heartgard since around 1999 on all size pups. My Kiche who is 2.75 lbs is on Heartgard.

BTW you cannot compare one med dose to another med dose. They are not equivalent. Just because some sell by weight, does not mean that up to 25 lbs in another is not safe.
